In LTEⁱ Relay Network, given the total number of OFDMA resource block to a donor eNode B, and a Relay station is the deployed. Now, suppose the relay station has its own RRM capabilities and has its own Cell ID.

My question is: is the number of resource blocks available in the relay coverage area a subset of the total number of the resource blocks available to the donor eNode B?
