OPNET simulation with LTE

Hi,
I am new in OPNET and want to use it for LTEi network simulation. I want to write a function in the function block (FB, more specifically, in lte_ue_as.function block) that will allow me to find out an eNodeBi for each UEi. Does anyone know how can I find the following information:
1. How to find out the eNodeB's that can cover/ provide service to the current UE?
2. How can I find the load of each such eNodeB?
3. How can I find the capacity/total bandwidth of each such eNodeB?
4. How can I broadcast these load/capacity information in control channels?
