LTEⁱ UMTS Optimization Performance Engineer & Multiple LTE Openings Across the US!

Job Description:*
Provide pre & post launch optimization support for Michigan Indiana market for New Site Builds, UMTS launches, and LTE launches.
Project duration will be 6 months (February-Aug 2013).
Off hours work (nights and/or weekends) may be required occasionally to meet launch commitments.
Resources are to be located in market.
RF Optimization Services to include:
Assist with new site builds, UMTS carrier launches (greenfield and next carrier), and LTE carrier launches (greenfield and next carrier)
Lead and/or support all conference calls
Single point of contact for AT&T Mobilityⁱ to address any issues with the project
Work with vendors (Turf, OEM, other) and project managers to support launches
Review vendor drive packages, provide pre and post launch optimization support to ensure optimal network performance
Utilization of Excel, MapInfo, OSS, KPI reporting tools and Atoll to support the team/project
Identify and resolve inaccuracies
Provide recommendation for launching to optimization manager

Job Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of 3G/4G optimization experience with Multiple vendors
Must have worked on an AT&T project in the recent year
Project Management/ leadership experience will be needed
