please i need help from any one having experience with logfiles.

I have a log file with some successful handovers, using Genex probe i can know handover parameters like TTT,A3offset, Hysteresis ... but when i try to test the event A3 condition i find that these successful handovers should not have been completed according to the RSRPs of the serving and neighbour cells
and event A3 entering condition.

I want to know on what basis the mobile used in the drive test sends the measurement report.
