Multiple handover preparation

Hello,
I'm looking for some information about Multiple Preparation during the handover. I've found different information and some precise that's allowed and some that's prohibited.
Does anybody have some information about that ?

Multiple Preparation feature
Multiple Preparation feature allows source eNodeB to trigger the handover preparation procedure towards multiple candidate target eNodeBs.
eNB indicates only one eNB as target to the UE though. Source eNB get RELEASE RESOURCE message from the final selected eNodeB and then sends Cancel to other eNBs that were contacted earlier.

Where in the specifications , I may find that this feature is allowed ?
