• Support of the customers for NSN & Huawei Radio (eNodeB) and Cisco EPC (MME, Serving Gateway) network test system related issues
• Analysis of reported problems and discussion with Vendor R&D and Customer Design teams
• To answer problem reports from customers and to track the issues raised by Customer on NSN and Huawei ENodeB and Cisco EPC
• Should have advanced troubleshooting skills, debugging tools experience, and depth knowledge on NSN & Huawei eNodeB Solution (Cisco EPC experience will be a value add)
• Should have LTE FDD & TDD RF and S1/S2/X2/S4/S5/S8 interface protocol knowledge, in particular understanding of the LTE 3GPP standardization and relevant specifications, eg 3GPP TS 36.521-3, and 3GPP TS 36.331
• Should have LTE Layer1 and MAC/RLC layer level understanding
• Should be able to use Spectrum analysers, Signal generators, Packet Tester & relevant industry standard tools (verification of power levels, transmission level, data throughput drop, interference level) to debug Radio related issues.
• Should have good knowledge on LTE X2 Mobility, CS & PS Fall-back procedure, Voice over LTE and Data of LTE features & capability form troubleshooting, configuration and support perspective
• Have good understanding of the LTE network & e2e call flow form Radio & Core perspective
• Responsible for Liaising with respective Radio, Transmission, IP and Core network TAs & SMEs for Change Implementation & coordination and support activities
• Will be single point of contact for LTE Radio/Core Network related issues (SW/HW/Configuration/Interworking)
