Hi Experts,
In my network we are seeing high RRCⁱ re-establishment failures bucketing under following counter "CONN_RE_ESTAB_REJECT_CP_CC_FAIL" which means "A call cannot be accepted because the cell is barred after receiving the RRC Connection Request message, or there is no MMEⁱ available for service during RRC reestablishment" but when i am seeing RRC establishment failure cause i do see very less count under similar counter "ConnEstabReject_CP_CC_FAIL". Can any one explain me why during RRC re-establishment we have huge count under this counter but not during RRC establishment. Also need to understand how and why it is possible for MME not to be in service state only during re-establishment. FYI its a Vendor is Samsung.
