how to establish dedicated bearer using real UE .

Hi All,
i want to setup multiple dedicated bearers in LTEi . i have to use real UEi , ENodeB and MMEi also . earlier i have done using MME simulator . from simulator i used to send bearer creation and modify messages .
now how i can set dedicated bearers from UE. here i want to ask like what applications i need to start in real world so that it will create dedicated bearers .
Voip or VOLTE is not supported in my product ,

To setup dedicated bearer do you have any network simulator (SGW or PGW) to create bearer ? if yes then you can establish it by them once a default bearer is established.
