Canada's communications company Bell has increased 4G LTE network speeds up to 45%. According to Bell, LTE download speeds have increased from 75 Megabits per second (expected average 12-25 Mbps) to 110 Mbps (14-36 Mbps), with speed as high as 150 Mbps (18-40 Mbps) available in some locations.

Huawei has signed agreements with Canada's service providers TELUS and Bell Mobility to provide LTE RAN equipments. Bell Mobility will use RAN equipments to continue expansion of the recently launched Bell LTE wireless network across Canada.

Canada's Bell Mobility has launched LTE network service in areas of Toronto, Mississauga, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo and Guelph today.
