LG U+ Unveils Voice over LTE Services with Ericsson

South Korean operator LG U+ has introduced voice over LTE (VoLTE) services to its customers in partnership with Ericsson's subsidiary LG-Ericsson. With commercial VoLTE (GSMA IR.92) services, the operator can also offer enhanced telecom grade services such as HD voice, video calling, chat and presence.

Ericsson to build LTE network for LG UPLUS in Korea

Ericsson has signed a commercial contract with LG U+, a South Korean wireless service provider, to build a LTE commercial service network. The cotract was signed via their local entity, LG-Ericsson.
