Backhauling for Small cells (Pico/Femto)

Dear All,
How do we ensure Backhauling for Small Cell sites? Normally it should be done wirelessly, but what about interference?

Small cell term has now
Small cell term has now broader meaning including Metro, Pico & Femto cells, backhauling may depend on case by case. It may not be always Wireless (but most probable)
