LTE Hardware Necessary for WISP

Greetings -
What is required to build an LTEi Wireless Access Internet Service Provideri? If I have 100 foot tower access and data serice at the tower, along with power. What hardware is required for the sector antenna and what terminal/client devices can be used to connect? Any advice would be appreciated.
