Hi,
I am using a library from "rohc-lib.org", for ROHC in PDCP. But the library is using piggybacked feedback packets. In PDCP spec there is a control PDUi given for interspersed ROHC feedback packet.
Is it a must to use interspersed ROHC feedback packet for PDCP instead of using piggybacked one ?
3GPPi spec 36.323 says: [[The
3GPPi spec 36.323 says:
[[The header compression protocol generates two types of output packets:
- compressed packets, each associated with one PDCP SDUi
- standalone packets not associated with a PDCP SDU, i.e. interspersed ROHC feedback packets]]
So if header compression protocol does not generate interspersed ROHC feedback packets then no PDCP Control PDUi for interspersed ROHC feedback packet.
