7Layers establishes Qualcomm authorized test lab in North America

Irvine CA., 19th Dec. 2011: 7Layers, a global group of engineering and test centers, is proud to announce that its laboratory in Irvine, California has been selected as a Qualcomm authorized test lab (ATL). 7Layers will offer expert technology support combined with state-of-the-art testing services to help reduce time to market for device manufacturers using Qualcomm technology.

Qualcomm's Authorized Test Lab initiative is designed to afford a thorough understanding of global operator requirements, allowing for simplified test and certification processes. 7Layers' lab will provide high quality functionality and performance testing on LTE, 3G, HSPA+ platforms and devices for compliance with regulatory and operator requirements, optimized for Qualcomm technology. Testing services will include conformance testing, interoperability support, field-testing and assistance in troubleshooting and debugging.
