04 April 2013 - Anite, a global leader in wireless device testing technology, today announced that it has been selected by CanvasM Technologies  – a subsidiary of Tech Mahindra – one of world's leading test labs, to provide 2G, 3G and LTE Conformance and Interoperability test solutions in their new test laboratory in New Jersey, U.S.

CanvasM Technologies’ new, state-of-the art laboratory has been set up to respond to growing customer demand for testing services as a result of mobile operators’ escalating LTE implementations and manufacturers’ intensifying the development of LTE capable devices.

Anite’s leading conformance and interoperability test case coverage, across multiple technologies, was a key factor in CanvasM Technologies’ selection process.  Responsible for the verification of over 80% of the LTE Release-8 protocol tests, Anite offers the greatest number of unique GCF validated conformance test cases and works closely with tier one operators to develop customised interoperability and performance test cases. In addition, Anite’s solutions facilitate easy and fast issue identification and resolution, enabling customers to significantly reduce device testing time in the R&D phase.

Ms Sirisha Voruganti, CTO CanvasM Technologies says, “We have been successfully working with Anite for more than three years and their conformance and interoperability testing expertise led to their selection as the preferred testing supplier for our new laboratory.” She continues, “Anite’s user-friendly solutions provide the latest functionalities and features that our customers require.”

“Anite is delighted to have been selected by CanvasM Technologies for their new U.S. laboratory. Most tier one mobile operators and device manufacturers already use Anite’s conformance and interoperability testing solutions and a consistent utilisation of test equipment across the device ecosystem ensures a quicker and smoother acceptance process”, said Paul Beaver, Products Director of Anite.
