- CPICH
Common PIlot CHannel. A Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) downlink physical channel transmitted from every NodeB to provide the default phase reference for demodulation of the other downlink channels. It is used for signal quality measurements for handover from an LTE cell to a WCDMA cell.
