360 operators have commercially launched LTE networks and service in 124 countries, according to data released by GSA (Global mobile Suppliers Association). Out of these, 96 LTE networks were launched in 2014.

Lithuanian mobile operator has announced that it is providing LTE connectivity to 80 percent of the country's population now. Additionally, Omnitel began offering 4G + LTE-Advanced services in the five largest cities in the country in December. 

South Korean carrier SK Telecom is now offering tri-band LTE-Advanced commercial service with Carrier Aggregation technology.

Vodafone Italia has extended its 4G network to provide LTE, LTE-Advanced services in over 100 winter resorts. The list of municipalities that benefit from the 4G connection includes Courmayeur, Cortina, Corvara, Ortisei, Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio.
