Sprint has made WiMAX available to Wholesale customers. Sprint is offering Wholesale customers the Sierra Wireless 250U 3G/4G data card and HTC Detail 3G/4G handset.

March 15, 2010 - According to a report by Reuters, long-distance operator Rostelecom has won permit to build a wireless broadband access network covering a third of the Russian population .

U.S. operator Sprint announced expansion of its 4G LTE network in 22 new cities including Miami, New Orleans, Raleigh, N.C., and Tampa, Fla. Sprint's LTE network is now serving 110 markets nationwide and expects to provide 200 million people with LTE by the end of 2013.

Syniverse has signed an agreement with NewCore Wireless for solutions that will facilitate the launch of a new LTE network to serve NewCore Wireless’ operator customers. NewCore Wireless is a provider of managed network communication solutions and provides network infrastructure to Tier 3 operators around the globe.
