Samsung SCH-r900 with LTE capabilities in 1700 / 1900 radio bands has been approved by FCC. The phone will be launched by MetroPCS. Complete picture of device is not available.

MetroPCS has already announced LTE launch later this year in various metropolitan markets, including the Las Vegas metropolitan area with Samsung Mobile LTE network products.

The Samsung SCH-r900 will be one of the first commercially available LTE-enabled, multi-mode, CDMA/EvDO, 4G handsets. The device will also feature 802.11 b/g WiFi along with Bluetooth.
