The Malaysian Government is expected to auction nine blocks of LTE spectrum to nine wireless operators soon, says a report.

April 9, 2010 - Chunghwa Telecom Laboratories and Nokia Siemens Networks  are conducting a live FDD-LTE trial in Taiwan.

Telenor Montenegro has announced 4G LTE coverage for Cetinje, the secondary capital of Montenegro.

T-Mobile, Nokia, and Qualcomm, have exceeded gigabit speeds using evolved, commercially-available 4G LTE technology. Sonera is rolling out Finland’s first 4G network in Turku.

Nokia Siemens Networks has been selected as one of the vendors to deploy and upgrade GSM and HSPA networks of T-Mobile Poland and Orange Poland. This upgrade will enable radio network sharing and prepare them for LTE.

Moldova's mobile service provider, Moldcell has launched a 4G testing area at Moldcell cafe, located in capital, within a few days after obtaining its 4G license. Operator is inviting all those interested to test the LTE functionality using different terminals.
