U.S. Carrier C Spire Wireless has launched LTE services in new markets in Mississippi. Cities that now have LTE coverage include Ecru, Kossuth, Corinth, Farmington, Ripley, Sherman and Booneville. C Spire Plans to Offer 4G LTE Services in 31 Mississippi Markets Through October. 

An additional 6 Mississippi markets will be added by the end of 2012 as part of the company’s multi-million dollar investment. According to company, the markets cover 2,700 square miles, a population of 1.2 million and 364 cell sites.

C Spire is offering several LTE smartphone and connected devices for its LTE network. Devices include the Motorola PHOTON Q and the Samsung Galaxy S III, which are both available online and in retail stores for $199.99 with a two-year contract, and the Franklin Wireless 2-in-1 smart USB modem and mobile hotspot, which is coming soon.
