May 26, 2015 Ericsson plans to launch a new cloud lab in Italy to enable faster innovation and co-creation with leading telecom operators. The lab will be located in Rome and will aims at providing open and multi-vendor environment based on NFV and SDN technologies. The operators can access it virtually from any of their premises worldwide and can experiment and learn how cloud infrastructure could be designed and integrated in existing environments.
