Informa announces LTE Awards 2011 winners
The 2011 Informa LTE Awards 2011 winners were announced Tuesday night at an gala dinner presentation at De Duif Amsterdam. The event was part of the LTE World Summit 2011 in Amsterdam.
Huawei, and Gemalto were the big winners with two awards each. The LTE Awards 2011 were judged by individuals belonging to BT Wholesale, Telefonica, AT&T, France Telecom, Three, E-Plus Mobilfunk, Cosmote and Telecom Italia.

With LTE deployments taking place around the world, the awards address the challenges operators have faced and have overcome.
