Viva Bahrain has launched its LTE network. The new technology was introduced in Bahrain City Centre on 01 January 2012. Viva  plans to make LTE available commercially in selected areas in the first quarter of 2012, starting with Bahrain City Centre.

"Delivering on our promise of bringing innovation and best services to the Kingdom of Bahrain, we have now introduced the LTE 4G technology to be available for the first time in the Kingdom of Bahrain," said, Ulaiyan Al Wetaid,CEO of Viva Bahrain.

Customers can visit Viva's LTE stand in the centre for first-hand experience of the LTE service offering and try out apps, online games & internet TV over the network.
