Vodafone Romania has launched LTE network in Romania and announced that its customers, in major cities, can test LTE services free at speeds up to 75 Mbps until the commercial launch.

Operator plans to offer 4G services at speeds up to 100 Mbps next year. Vodafone's LTE network is operating in the 1800 MHz frequency band and has been implemented with Huawei equipment. 

"Vodafone has installed and successfully tested LTE network in major cities. Our clients, individuals and companies will enjoy now since higher speeds and an improved experience with 4G services, "said Iñaki Berroeta, CEO, Vodafone Romania.
