Bonjour,
Cordilament.
I want to simulate & calculate delay in n-nodes network in which nodes are randomly distributed but for simplicity their distance are known.
I want to calculate the time (Latency) in this whole scenario. i.e Propagation delay as well as relaying delay in case of Cooperation be a nearby node.
The UEi shall mark the EPSi security context on the USIMi or in the non-volatile memory as invalid when the UE initiates an attach procedure as described in subclause 5.5.1 or when the UE leaves state EMM-DEREGISTERED for any other state except EMM-NULL.
i do master work and my theme is some system aspects of lte implementation on 450 Mhz. so i need help with software. beside, i have to compare it on 450 mhz and on 3 Ghz.. so does anybody know some software for lte that could be useful ? :D
5.5.2.1 General
E-UTRANi applies the procedure as follows:
- to ensure that, whenever the UEi has a measConfig, it includes a measObject for the serving frequency;
- to configure at most one measurement identity using a reporting configuration with the purpose set to 'reportCGI';
I cannot understand what reportCGI means. Could somebody tell me?
Thank you~
To increase the capacity requirements in the given area, normally capacity booster cells have been installed with limited coverage like (micro/ pico/femto) cells.
With respect to the energy saving features of LTEi, these capacity booster cells can be switched off during low traffic periods and switch-on by demand of traffic. These are communicating through X2i interface.
TS 23.401 says that "MMEi/SGSN activate ISR after determining SGW's support for ISR. How MME/SGSN determine SGW's support for ISR is implementation dependent."
How is this usually done ? Is there a command at MME/SGSN that can be configured to denote that a particular SGW supports ISR. ?
Hi,
I am new in OPNET and want to use it for LTEi network simulation. I want to write a function in the function block (FB, more specifically, in lte_ue_as.function block) that will allow me to find out an eNodeBi for each UEi. Does anyone know how can I find the following information:
1. How to find out the eNodeB's that can cover/ provide service to the current UE?
