I am studying the possibility to deploy a network-based Distributed Mobilityi Management (DMM) solution in LTEi but a tunnel between Serving GW (where the distributed mobility anchoring function will be placed) is needed when the UEi performs intra E-UTRANi handover on the S1i interface (X2i HO is not available).
For MU-MIMOi in the DL the UEi provides information which precoding matrix should be used. What would be the optimum and the realistic update interval?
i have one doubt. In pdcp integrity verfication there are two keys mentioned in spec KRRCint and KUPint. When KRRCint will be used and KUPint will be used? . but there is no integrity verification for user plane data.
Does anybody have opinions on what level of external interference in the reverse link is tolerable before performance begins to degrade. Lets say there is broadband interference increasing the reverse link noise floor of the BTS by 5dB. Is that generally a performance problem?

We are trying to estimate the extra effort for a Donor-eNodeBi different from an eNodeB.
It is written at 36.300 overall description that DeNB has S1i/X2i proxy functionality and S11 termination point and S/GW, P/GW function for supporting RN.
My question is what is maksimum FFT size in LTEi-A DL and UL with CA? For release 8 it is 2048. Is it increased with Carrier Aggragation for example 20+20+20 Mhz?
