I have enodeb and MMEⁱ emulators configured on plmn say 311-289
i programmed by sim and UEⁱ to same plmn 311-289.

In wireshark, i see id-TAI and id-EUTRANⁱ-CGI still sending old plmn id but not the new. other items like IMSI in NASⁱ having new PLMNⁱ ID.

So, What else should i change to UE send new plmn id in above messages?

where paging must have done with IMSI instead of M-TMSI ue paging ID.

I have a log file with some successful handovers, using Genex probe i can know handover parameters like TTT,A3offset, Hysteresis ... but when i try to test the event A3 condition i find that these successful handovers should not have been completed according to the RSRPs of the serving and neighbour cells

One point not clear to me wrt MVNO for LTEⁱ networks.

AFAIU, it seems that hybrid "MVNO" may own their own PCRFⁱ to manage LTE networks.
but how does it work when two or morr PCRF manage the same network infrastructure ? problems in terms of QoSⁱ may occure, conflict ?

In LTEⁱ Relay Network, given the total number of OFDMA resource block to a donor eNode B, and a Relay station is the deployed. Now, suppose the relay station has its own RRM capabilities and has its own Cell ID.

My question is: is the number of resource blocks available in the relay coverage area a subset of the total number of the resource blocks available to the donor eNode B?
