When two (or more) users are paired to use same PRBs, the signal processing at eNB is more complex. So is there any resource sharing happening between the paired users such that optimizing this resource sharing at eNB can improve the QoSⁱ for each user?

Can you please let us know what should be the handling at the eNB or MMEⁱ when the SCTPⁱ endPoint failure is detected?
in eNB once the link gets established again after end Point failure does the eNB sends the Setup Again? or its implementation specific?
Also what should be handling at MME.?

how to use verify pin command.

i tried "00 20 00 01 08 12 34 ff ff ff ff ff ff" to verify mf pin with airtel sim. i got response "69 84 Command not allowed". i am using a sim card reader & pcsc-lite-1.7.4 library.
When i use " 00 20 00 01" it returns count as 3.
"Received: 63 C3"
(1234 is the pin for airtel & it works in mobile)
