Cisco plans to acquire U.K. based Ubiquisys, a provider of 3G and 4G LTE small-cell technologies. Under the terms of the agreement, Cisco will pay approximately $310 million in cash and retention-based incentives to acquire the entire business and operations of Ubiquisys.
