TeliaSonera's 4G LTE services are now available in 161 cities around Sweden. Last week, Telia opened 4G network in eight new locations. Operator is now offering faster mobile services in Kiruna, Koping, Landskrona, Ljungby, Nykoping, Trelleborg, Vetlanda and Östersund. 

According to Telia, company's latest trends survey shows that over 40 percent want to use their computers more for mobile browsing and for watching movies and television. The survey also shows that respondents are predicting an increased number of gadgets that are connected to the internet. Almost 40 percent predict that they will have 60-10 connected gadgets in the home and about 16 percent predict that they will have between 11-15 online gadgets within two years.

At the end of 2011, Telia's 4G network will be in 231 locations and at the end of 2012, 663 locations around Sweden have 4G. In addition to urban areas continues Telia is also expanding in smaller towns and in more tourist sites.
