Canada's Telecom provider ABC Communications has partnered with Huawei to deploy TD-LTE fixed wireless service in British Columbia. ABC’s new network provides a wireless alternative to cable and ADSL for last mile broadband access. 

Reliance Jio Infocomm and Reliance Communications have signed an agreement for sharing of RCOM’s extensive intra-city optic fiber infrastructure. Under the terms of the agreement, Reliance Jio Infocomm will utilize RCOM’s nationwide intra-city fiber network for accelerated roll-out of its 4G LTE services across the country.

dtac TriNet has announced the launch of LTE network for its users in Thailand. dtac TriNet, a subsidiary of Thailand's mobile operator dtac, has selected Ericsson to deploy a 4G/LTE network. The LTE rollout began in February 2014 and is being deployed in on 2100MHz frequency band. 

South Korean carrier SK Telecom will introduce three different unlimited LTE data plans that will allow unlimited amount of LTE data, voice calls, text messages and membership services from April 3.

4G chipmaker Sequans has announced that two of its device manufacturing partners in China, Datang Mobile and DareGlobal, have been awarded contracts to provide Sequans-powered TD-LTE end user devices to China Telecom for the operator’s commercial launch of TD-LTE service beginning in Q2.  

Finnish operator DNA has signed a deal with Ericsson to supply a new, nationwide LTE 800 MHz network and to improve existing 4G, 3G and 2G networks. The LTE network is expected to cover 80 percent of Finland's population by the end of 2014.

Mobile operator Telenor has awarded a 5-year contract to Ericsson for multivendor managed services to support Telenor's nationwide network rollout in Myanmar. Late last year, Telenor also signed a frame agreement with Ericsson to supply radio-access network (RAN)

Vodafone Spain has announced the availability of its 4G service in all provincial capitals and in the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla, from April 1. 4G services will be available in more than 220 municipalities, among which are the 80 Spanish cities with over 70,000 inhabitants.

UK's operator EE has launched a range of new entry-level 4G pay monthly plans as well as the a low price 4G smartphone. From today, EE customers can choose from a range of 24 month entry-level 4G handset plans which includes the option of a free 4G handset

Japanese carrier NTT DOCOMO will launch an outbound LTE roaming service for subscribers traveling in eight countries and regions, including USA and Hong Kong and France, beginning March 31.

New Zealand mobile operator 2degrees has launched a three-month trial which involves 10 4G sites in central Auckland using their 1800MHz spectrum.

Vodafone Australia has launched 4G LTE network in Tasmania, following successful live trials in recent weeks in West Moonah, Cambridge, New Norfolk, Warrane and Hobart Airport.
