Here is a list of operators who have either launched LTE services or have committed for it. Commitment level includes ongoing LTE trials, intentions to trial, deploy, migrate, etc. This list is not complete and is frequently updated, check back again for more details.

Teliasonera

TeliaSonera was the first operator in the world with the launch of commercial 4G LTE services to customers in Stockholm, Sweden, and in Oslo, Norway, in 2009.

Telstra

Telstra's planned LTE trial is expected to begin in May and will run for three to six months. It will be located in Victoria.

UNE EPM Telecomunicaciones

Colombian operator UNE EPM Telecomunicaciones launched LTE services in December, 2011. Telco has awarded contract for phase one and two LTE 4G network to Huawei and Ericsson. According to company, the supply and installation of phase one will be done by Huawei and Ericsson will be in charge of phase two.

Verizon Wireless

Verizon Wireless launched 4G LTE network in the United States in Dec 2010 in 38 major metropolitan areas.

Vodafone

Vodafone has announced in March that it has made the Data Connection in Italy using LTE (Long Term Evolution) technology in test conditions at its TSCC (Technology and Service Creation Centre) Inno

Zain

Zain (formerly MTC) is the pioneer of mobile telecommunications in the Middle East.
