Orange has announced the launch of LTE network in the Principality of Liechtenstein. According to operator, its 4G network currently provides coverage to 91% of the population of the country.
UK operators Vodafone and O2 have launched their commercial LTE services in country today. Vodafone's LTE network is currently available in London where as O2's LTE network is available in London, Leeds and Bradford.
Philippines’ wireless services provider Smart Communications has recently conducted LTE-Advanced trials in Metro Manila and Davao City. According to operator, Smart's test facilities achieved speeds of up to 209.66 mbps at trials held first in Makati City in cooperation with network equipment provider Huawei Philippines.
Russian mobile service provider Scartel has implemented VoLTE (voice over LTE) with SRVCC (Single Radio Voice Call Continuity) using Huawei's solution. Following implementation of the solution, Scartel is now technologically capable of supporting voice calls on its LTE network.

Econet Wireless will launch LTE network during a joint hosting by Zimbabwe and Zambia of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) general assembly. The LTE service will be launched in the resort town of Victoria Falls, where the assembly will be held from August 24 to 29, 2013.

UK's O2 has announced a range of 4G tariffs with data bundles for its upcoming 4G network. From 29th August, O2 will offer 4G tariffs starting at £26 a month, which all include unlimited minutes and texts, bigger data bundles from 1GB – 8GB, free access to 9,000 O2 Wifi hotspots.
Estonia's mobile operator Elisa has launched its LTE services on 800 MHz band spectrum. The operator launched nationwide LTE services immediately after receiving the license to use the spectrum from the regulator Technical Surveillance Authority.
